The platform, on the record.
In 2017, the behavioral-analytics and deliverability platform I helped build at Instant Channel drew a strategic growth investment led by Silicon Valley veteran David DeWalt and former Goldman Sachs partners. This is the announcement, exactly as it ran on Business Wire, a Berkshire Hathaway company.

Built at the infrastructure layer.
Instant Channel pioneered a proprietary engine that leverages behavioral intelligence and dynamic scoring to deliver highly targeted email at scale. I worked as part of the team on that engine, helping build InstantIQ, the proprietary behavioral-scoring and deliverability SaaS the company was raising capital to take to market.
My work lived in the technical layer: IP rotation systems, ML-based scoring models, and personalization frameworks built to sustain inbox placement against databases in the hundreds of millions.
When David DeWalt and the former Goldman Sachs partners invested to scale this platform, it spoke to the value of work I was part of. I'm proud of what the team built, and glad to be able to point to the public record rather than just describe it.
The company's application of machine learning to the monetization of consumer intelligence is unique in the industry.David DeWalt, former CEO of FireEye, McAfee & Documentum · on the Instant Channel platform, Business Wire, 2017
